Na twee uitverkochte labelavonden tijdens The Great Escape Festival Brighton en in het AB in Brussel, zal in oktober een ware Erased Tapes 5th Anniversary Tour gaan plaatsvinden. Bij deze speciale tour zullen Erased Tapes artiesten Nils Frahm, Ólafur Arnalds en A Winged Victory For The Sullen (met speciale gasten!!) door Europa gaan toeren langs de belangrijkste steden van Europa.

A Winged Victory For The Sullen zal tijdens deze speciale tour worden vergezeld door een 13-koppig kamerorkest in Londen en voor de tweede avond in Leuven.

‘Five Years of Erased Tapes’ – is de officiele video trailer die gemaakt is om de afgelopen 5 jaar opnieuw te beleven en opent met label eigenaar Robert Rath: ‘I always have to be able to look back and think: we did this together.’ Ólafur Arnalds, een van de artiesten op het label, zegt later: ‘I think it’s so interesting. In most people’s heads classical music is classical music. And pop music, rock music, indie music is here – on the other side. But a lot of people don’t realise: it’s just instruments.’. Adam concludeerd even later: ‘We’re the outcasts. We’re the Pariahs. I reckon we’re the counter-cultural thread of our existence.’
